C.1 Pre-Enrolment Information – WLPC

Prior to enrolment, WLPC (West London Professional College) ensures that all prospective students receive clear and transparent information regarding the following:

• Entry Requirements and Criteria:
  Detailed guidelines specifying the academic qualifications, professional experience (if applicable), and other prerequisites necessary for enrolment in the chosen program.
• Course Fees:
  Students are provided with a clear breakdown of all fees associated with their selected course, including:
  • Tuition fees for each qualification
  • Payment options (e.g., full payment or installment plans)
  • Additional costs (e.g., examination fees, administrative fees)
  • Late payment penalties (if applicable)
• Refund Procedure:
  WLPC maintains a fair and transparent refund policy, which includes:
  • Full Refund
    •  If WLPC cancels the course.

    • Learners are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of enrolment, provided they have not logged into the Learning Management System (LMS). Once a learner has logged into the LMS and accessed course materials, no refund can be issued.

  • No Refund: After course commencement, accessing online materials, or beyond the 14-day cooling-off period.
  • Refunds are processed within 30 working days of an approved request.

  Students must submit the following documents during enrolment:
  • Proof of identity (e.g., passport or national ID card)
  • Academic certificates and transcripts
  • Proof of English language proficiency (if required)
