Prior to enrolment, WLPC (West London Professional College) ensures that all prospective students receive clear and transparent information regarding the following:

Students are provided with a clear breakdown of all fees associated with their selected course, including:- Tuition fees for each qualification

- Late payment penalties (if applicable)
- Refund Procedure:
WLPC maintains a fair and transparent refund policy, which includes:- Full Refund: If WLPC cancels the course.
- Partial Refund: For voluntary withdrawal within 14 days of payment, subject to an administrative fee deduction.
- No Refund: After course commencement, accessing online materials, or beyond the 14-day cooling-off period.
- Refunds are processed within 30 working days of an approved request.
